Ways to keep away acne caused by the hot season

Regular skincare can prevent acne from becoming hot.

Acne mainly affects the skin throughout the year. However, its level increases in summer. Breakouts are caused by the sun's ultraviolet rays, increased sweating on the skin, and so on.
Dipti Ravi Shankar, a dermatologist, and cosmetologist at the Skinology Center in Bangalore said in a report published on Timesofindia.com: Acne can have serious psychological consequences, especially for sunburn. Increased oil production due to heat, and sweat clogging the pores which causes acne.

He added, “I use sunscreen, moisturizer, serum, etc. to keep the skin bright and healthy. However, these products, combined with sweat, can clog pores. The result is a breakout. ”

Acne and breakouts can occur in many ways. Mild problems (blackheads, whiteheads) can be solved by using a face wash rich in salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

If the inflammation is high and the acne is severe, it is important to seek the advice of a dermatologist, he said.

Ways to keep summer acne away

* In summer, understanding the skin type, you have to clean your face twice a day with foaming face wash. Excessive face wash dries the skin. This results in burns and breakouts.
* Sunscreen should be used all the time during the day.

* Face Mist can be used to make the skin sticky during the day and actually feel fresh.

* The use of heavy lotions and creams should be avoided to keep the pores open. Instead, use a light moisturizer and gel-based sunblock.

* It is not advisable to use a very strong scrub on the skin as it may increase inflammation and acne.
* It is not right to pierce acne unnecessarily. This allows the germs to spread elsewhere, increasing the risk of infection and scarring of the skin.

* Masks often lead to acne. As a result, the skin gets rubbed and the moisture increases, and acne appear in the enclosed area. So clean mask should always be used. And you should wash your face twice a day.

* Drinking extra sugary drinks in summer or eating foods rich in high glycemic index increases insulin levels. As a result sebum secretion increases. In this case, keeping yourself moist gives good results
* If you go down to the swimming pool or the sea, you should take a bath as soon as possible. Otherwise, if the chlorine or salt in its water stays on the skin for a long time, acne can occur.
