Boneless Chicken Steak
Materials:
Two pieces of boneless chicken breast meat (cut the middle thinly and make four pieces). Olive oil 2 tbsp. HP sauce 1 tbsp. Chili sauce 2 tbsp. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon. Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder. Half a teaspoon of white pepper powder. Garlic paste half teaspoon. Onion powder one teaspoon. Red chili flakes 1 tsp. Salt according to test.
1 teaspoon of butter for the sauce. Chili sauce 1 teaspoon. Onion powder half teaspoon. Cornflower 1 teaspoon.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except the sauce ingredients and keep covered for two hours.
Cook the chicken pieces in a grill pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, on both sides, over medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn over and over again.
When the meat is cooked well, take it down and wrap it with foil paper.
Make the sauce by combining butter chicken, stock onion powder, ground cornflour, and a pinch of salt in a grill pan.
Place the meat pieces on a plate and top with the sauce.
Any vegetable lightly steamed with salt, butter, and pepper powder and fried for a while can be served with boneless chicken steak.
