Chinese Chicken Tofu Salad
Ingredients for making Chinese Chicken Tofu Salad:
Chicken breast meat 150 grams
Sauce 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste (1/2+1/2) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage
Capsicum leaves red or yellow 1/2 cup
Chopped parsley 1/2 cup
Tofu 1 cup
The method:
Apply some spices to the chicken and marinate it for 30 minutes, then thinly slice it and saute it with butter on low flame and keep it in a separate bowl. After that, wash the sliced tofu, drain the water and keep it in a separate container. Wash the salad vegetables and keep them chopped in a separate bowl.
Take a medium bowl cut onion, thinly sliced like a ring, 1/4 tsp garlic cloves, chili flakes to taste, fish sauce, siracha sauce, lemon juice as needed, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mixed with a spatula, and a little tofu mixed with sauteed slices of chicken Pour over the chopped salad and mix well. Pour into a beautiful serving bowl and top with the remaining tofu and serve with paratha, naan, or fried rice.
